oh, great!
i thought thanksgiving, 2010 was a bit optimistic
for me to go green on this.
i guess i'll have to revise that to thanksgiving, 2012.
oh, well...@ least i'll still have a month to enjoy
my profits until the world ends!

on the upside, ACLY doesn't have a leg to stand on.
they are in default on a promissory note.
open and shut.
period.

the only question is how long will the courts take
to drag it out. my guess: 2 years.
hence the newly revised prediction:
thanksgiving, 2012.
