Spoke with Bob Farr today. Asked him what is going on with the stock. He mentioned in the course of the conversation that he doesn't look at the stock board. He said a European group is putting together the spinoff plan. Raising funds. It's closer.

ARSC is in production. I asked where; I am sure many of you know, but the production is occurring in Portland.

Mr. Farr is planning to visit Hawaii in early December and in fact will be quite near where I live and work since he is planning to visit Pearl Harbor. However I don't expect to meet him.
