I've been trying to dig and find a PACER version of bk stuff in Thailand but havent had any luck yet. ANY piece of news since April will help us out trying to see what they are up to. There is still something behind this Nigel Cornick millionaire/billionaire though, need to find it.

Level, do you know how long Innovex was/has been in Thailand? What if Nigel's new firm Binswanger is running something for them...I see they do both real estate and asset management.

This may be helpful if somebody is willing to pay for it (I am not going to, wouldnt use the subscription enough :

Also, the only other thing I can seem to find is that the Innovex Thailand subsidary seems to be a private company and wasn't completely connected to the old INVX + the stock per se. Could we maybe be looking too hard and it might be a reverse merger play instead since it is explicitly stated that the rehab plan was not to apply to the parent company Innovex which is located in the Twin Cities (MN)?? smile

(Look at how BusinessWeek has them listed at the very top of your browser; Innovex(Thailand)Limited : Private company information)
