The Feds threatened the same thing when states started allowing the cultivation, distribution, and consumption for medicinal uses. Since then 13 other states and Washington DC have passed similar legislation. Have the Feds done anything to prevent that? NO.

Marijuana is still listed by the DEA as a schedule 1 drug which is described as; "a drug or other substance that has no currently accepted medical use in treatment in the United States." Furthermore, it is also stated by the DEA that no prescriptions of schedule 1 drugs may be filled.

Unfortunately what we are witnessing is the DEA trying to use scare tactics because they know that they are up against a wall. Jobs will be lost from Prop 19 passing. It is another example of the drug propaganda that they have been feeding this country for decades. They are embarrassed that they are about to be defeated by a bunch of pot smoking hippies.

On a side note, CA would riot if Prop 19 passed and the Feds came in and started arresting everyone. It is not possible for them to follow through with these claims.

Prop 19 stands an amazing chance to pass this November, even more so now that the DEA is challenging the voters. Fuel to the fire in my eyes.
