WOW, just got in, just saw the news. Well aint THAT a kick...Observations:

1) After discussions on February 18, 2005 - last Friday. Means they could have released that any time this week but chose to release Friday after market close. Reason? Give people a chance to digest it, and do it at a time when they couldn't just indiscriminately dump their shares.

2) Latest PR is first evidence that Wall Street Group is on the job. About DNAPrint is changed to specifically bring Ovanome and Statinome to greater prominence.

3) DNAPrint now beyond the completion of the TBF Separation Agreement.

4) Since the deal was originally announced, a lot of water under the bridge. Deal with Orchid to distribute DNAWitness. The Vioxx, Bextra, etc. drug fiasco, and the FDA subsequently STILL hasn't released final guidance on the submission of pharmacogenomic data, including quidance on collection of race based data. Retinome test may be integrated with Australian forensics lab. DNAPrint taking the test in kit form directly to police agencies. DNAPrint/Senecio developing Ancestry Workstation - targets - Institutional, Govenment, and Academic researchers.

5) RCAP hasn't been on the Ask all week, maybe longer. It shows in the volume, with the exception of the 37 million share day. LJ done?

Speculation: Something coming out this weekend or before market opens Monday. If not, the share price will likely take a thumping, and if that's the case, they could have filed this 8-K ANY day this past week. It wouldn't have made a difference. Why wait?

Of course this is JMHO, and I'm as curious as anyone else to see what the Hello is going on.
