The PPS at 0.0006 is not a signal that we're going under. It was that low because someone is trying to grab some shares at that low price. The reason it was filled by the MMer was at the time of the bid there was no volume at all, and it's the MMer's job to keep liquidity in the stock, meaning they he or she must keep the trading moving, at least more than no volume at all. Notice that the bid became 0.0009 and the ask 0.0011, thereafter; that 0.0006 was an early bid, and it was filled to get the stock moving, that's all. Don't sweat it.
