Power Hour or PH is the last trading hour of the day! most seasoned traders only trade between the 10:30 and 11:00am and when a stock is closing in on the HOD or high of the day it usually runs the following day so investors jump in and hold over night the seasoned trader makes his buy for the following day during power hour
