Headed in the right direction. I am not nervous. I am annoyed. I am tired of all the pie-in-the-sky talk. Reminds me of the period leading up to the Miami demonstration. We had a new face who was going to fix everything then, but it didn't happen.

Yes, I trust Dave and I trust Turinni. I do not trust the courts. We may all think the default judgment is history but I am pretty sure that the only reason to move the trial to 151 is because we expect the 2008 agreement to be tossed and we want to be prepared to move right back into reopening that case.
