I was surprised that the 10k had not been
released by now so I contacted the accountant
to check status and he told me it would be
delayed. Maybe I should not have been so
surprised because we should remember that
they delayed the 10k last year too, to Nov. 5.

So I emailed Stephen Squires and got this response:

This finra issue has made it difficult for us to
file a 10K as we still do not have an explanation
from finra nor a decision from them as to what they
intend to do next. The question remains should the
delisting issue be addressed in the 10K or not?
As a side note we are working to move to the AMEX
or Nasdaq small cap as all indications are the otcbb
is falling apart.

So, there you have it, we are in limbo.
Delay in the 10k, listing problem due to MM not
trading on OTCBB because of higher costs, FINRA
being slow to communicate with QMC, and working
to move to a bigger board. No time estimate given.
I expect an "E" to be added to the ticker soon.

I see trades today. Are we trading on the Pink Sheets
but not on the OTCBB? Will that continue?

On the positive side, Jabbour speaks on the 20th
in Japan on T-QD, and on the 27th in Paris on
inkjet printing. I still expect business from
Japan and Saudi Arabia, so I see these problems
as growing pains, and look forward to buying more
on a dip, and a gap up when news finally comes.
