Dino, I don't know that dyna has been suspended. That would be Matt's decision only. I have nothing to do with that capability.
I will tell you that I removed several of dyna's posts today because they were personal attacks against individuals on this board and people at iHub. Matt was notified. He has the option to re-post 'removed' posts. He didn't re-post them. That should tell you something.
Regarding shorting a stock, yeah, I guess if you aren't trying to purposely scare investors out of their shares, or driving people from the board due to vulgarity, or personally attacking individuals who post on the board, then the answer to your question is yes. iHub's Terms of Service are spelled out in black and white. I've read other iHub boards where posters logically and in a civil manner explain their rational for shorting a particular issue, whether the stock of that board or in general.
Let's face it, this board was created because an investor was interested in the stock and wanted an environment where other current and prospective shareholders could post information and discuss their investments without personal attacks, spam, 4 letter words, threats of violence, etc. I'm sure if you check with Matt, he'll tell you there are plenty of electrons left for anyone who wants to start their own board dedicated to shorting this or any other stock. Then all the other people who share that opinion have a place to go. Yes there is room for objectivity here but that is not what we saw this week. Sorry to belabor this point.
