I am sure BOTH Barnett AND Lanza came out very well PERSONALLY. Both of them have the assets and money of the shareholders to "Pay each other off PERSONALLY".

Why else would they keep the terms of the settlement from the shareholders who own those assets in play?

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
