Mr. Yim has experience with the US import/export business, marketing and distribution of products from the Far East. He was the Middle East distributor or permanent stamp lines of Johnson Wax Products.

Mr. Yim's experience in the bicycle industry is extensive including for H.J. Sports, Inc., the exclusive agent for the third largest bicycle manufacturer in Japan. Mr. Yim is a graduate of Han Yang University with a B.A. degree in Nuclear Engineering.
