also- you notice that they never were willing to inform shareholders of what accounting firm would be doing the audits,or what legal firm is doing the up-listing.., never was able the get an answer.. ask about bnpd's mgmt history and what "banks" or "larger accounting firm" that they worked at ,were told to look at their vague unverifiable employment resumes on bndp website. TA gags , the list just keep going...
