Hard to say as they do not update the share structure regularly, and volume is not enough information to make an informed decision. This volume could be both the company and big shareholders liquidating. I expect the the Q3 in about a month, and it will be interesting to see where the money is going and what they have actually been paid. But of course they can just stop filing if this "Acquisition" goes through before then.
