The Company has to be strong enough to NOT be taken out .Look what they had to do to settle this small debt..We could have more economic problems in the economy like what happened earlier.

Their will be needs for cash and to rely on our JV alone is risky.The more cash in the treasury the stronger our bargaining power is.

The money needs to go to the COMPANY at this time.Nothing else is right in light of what happened to this company in the last two years.

The sharks want to take a little minnow like us out of the caldera for as little as possible.It is their nature..We need as much money in the treasury as we can get..It mighjt be that the price will be pushed around or kept down so we can't raise more capital
