Great close today..Had to attend to some biz. Thought about something that is puzzling me(green as I am).

Why a new share class? With the price jumping, why can't the new investors just buy in here? The PPS would skyrocket, and everyone would get their divvy (cannabonus) in that form. Just curious. I mean why go through all the trouble of another class when the game is right here.

Wouldn't you be able to assume that all these "class A" shares will sell off at 12:01 on the EX date. Can someone enlighten me. Besides the Dasicofdebs Wisdom people.
