I have received your followup email below, but now I am even more cofused than ever. You have stated that you have left Mr. Humphries and his son Chris over 6 months ago as a board member and an officer at The Fight Zone. You also state that you and your brother have turned over all your rights to The Fight Zone, but I have recently come across some information in regards to a recent filing from the SEC in regards to you and Mr. Humphries. This was recently made public about 3 weeks after the last email listed below. Would you please explain to me the turning over of your rights and was your brother involved in this situation too.

I know I have touched base with you in the past in regards to TFZI I would now like to touch base with you about the Gold Recycle Corp. business. I have received some new information that I was wondering if you knew anything about. I see that the current lawsuit pending against your previous business partner is still going, but it appears that Mr. Humphries has turned over his controlling interests in that case and is no longer a litigant in that case. It also appears that the GRC site has been put back on line and has been register by a member of the Epstein family.

We have talked in the past about the great business plan that you have created but was not able to implement due to the continued failed promises that Mr. Humphries continued to lay upon the business and the shareholders.

Now that it appears that Mr. Humphris might be exiting the old Fightzone inc business shell and the name change can be completed, the lawsuit can be settled, the business plan can be fully implemented, and you and your brother can run this bull and take advatage of the high market price of gold.

I thank you in advance for your time in this matter and anticipate a great response from you on this matter. I hope my answers can be answered and I didn't just create a wild tale in my head.
