Dear Gatsby, If I know that a company is a complete fraud and is still in business trying to dump stock on investors, I have a problem with that. I must alert the market that this company has no reputation in the biofuels space, no assets, no management and no prospects of revenues. Only the marketplace and the SEC can put this company out of business. The marketplace with the drop in stock price and the inability of the company to attract talent has done its job in stopping the fraud. Now, only the SEC can guarantee that Vega does not come back as a reborn company in another line of business issuing promising press releases. Perhaps Vega with Molen might come back as an algae oil company, wind power company or even a rare earth mineral company promoting a new mine in Tifton, GA since the biocoal business flopped.
