I am sorry to ask this...but was it confirmed he diluted the shares whether through Chuck or the Transfer Agent?? I know there were lengthy discussions on this matter.

I know there were restricted shares....Is it possible the restricted shares converted to the open market? Is that still considered dilution? I don't know.

Any one? Just learning here.
