I'm with ya Headley... But think our forward p/e is closer to four
If you use a FD share count of 47 million for next year (which assumes they get the 7mil of earnout shares for this year, and the preferred and warrants are converted). I see them earning around 165mil next year (I know.. that is 25% above their earn-out target).... which is $3.50 a share... for a forward p/e of 4 ...here at $14pps.
Think I'm crazy?
Well, on top of that, I firmly believe that we will see eps of around $4 in 2012 EVEN WITH THE FD SHARE COUNT UP at 54 Million.
Stick a FMCN p/e ratio on that .... and ... and .... RETIRE!
