First of all, get your facts straight. The O/S is 875 million not 5 billion. A/S was 1 billion and was recently raised to 5 billion due to their recent Acquisition of a Submarine Tour Company for 5 million to be paid with a Convertible Note. If they decide to pay with shares instead of cash those shares cannot be converted in the Market for atleast 6 months. The float is 335 million from the last 10Q and was verified recently that it hasn't changed. Company is current on Pinksheets and is already generating revenues. This Company's Market Cap is under 1 million and they just acquired a 5 million dollar company. Grossly undervalued at these levels and float is almost locked just by a few IHubbers on this board who are holding for the big pay day and not milk money. Better get your shares in the trips before they are all gone.
