Videolocity International, Inc. operates 2 main subsidiaries These main subsidiaries are Indian based Avtar Singh Construction Co. (P) Ltd. and China based Tactician University.

Avtar Singh Construction is one of the major developers in Chandigarh, India, with strong ties to the local community and municipal governments. ASCC owns a total of three different companies which run into various fields, namely roads and highways, real estate and leasing/financing, and offers revenues in the range of $5 million USD. ASCC has executed various projects of national importance in India, including construction of national highways.

VCTY's Tactician University http://www.tcgedu.com/index.asp is a progressive Chinese management education and consulting firm. Tactician's business management consulting programs focus on financial management, project management, and human resources, while government management programs provide administrative training to Chinese government officers. The University also offers career guidance, job-training, ethics, foreign language, pre-masters and PhD prep training to college students.
