Is this at the dead cat bounce stage?

This is a hard time for ANY startup. Does anyone have a take as to how many years a remittance company takes to gain share value? How long did Western Union take to become Western Union? Obviously there would have to be several milestones to overcome. Expand the business (more locations), increase revenue,make deals, REVERSE SPLIT.

Its time for this guy to get into action and put out a PR.
