I'm sure you're right. I don't know how amenable the court will be to his tactics since he was the one wanting the expedited trial and these cases have been a never ending drama. My guess is that Calypso will stall or take advantage of any stalling to further their state court case and the Tmob deal will be independent of anything else, which will occur before the dec 2010 deadline. So while Daic is stalling, a Tmob agreement fills Calypso's war chest. I don't think there is a point at which the Daic parties determine that they need to give up, especially as long as they represent themselves. The court will probably have to intervene and make them do things like provide depositions. If I were on the BOD I would not negotiate with the Daic parties after a certain date. Bye, Bye Daic parties.
