Hey guys,

New to posting on the board (been reading every post for the past 5 months!) and wanted to say hello and thanks for all the great DD and opinions on HLNT. I'm holding a large position and like all of you, I want to do my part to make sure HLNT is successful. Here's an update from Jeff at the Arkansas DOE office (nothing substantial but it told me they were working on getting a PR out). See the email below..
