Or they could agree to a 3 month stay, then ask to move the Markman hearing back after they could not come to agreement. All I'm saying is that its in their best interest to stall hoping CLYW will run out of money for lawyers and/or waiting to see how Daic case comes out. Hey, I hope I'm wrong but not putting blinders on like most people on this board.
