No doubt, it is a complete crap shoot in the begining as I would not start an entry until certain aspects are clarified and some form of settling happens. Those audits now have to include the BEHL shell, and well they are going have a hard time using the filings on this one, millions have been made on share sales, and you surely do not see them accounted for in the filings at this point.
