Ha ha ha. You are for sure American and operating out of the US. Who says we do not have lawyers? But lawyers are not the only way to solve things and people needs to be warned about con people like Gordon Lee and partners. But operating out of the US is correct. Always have a lawyer by your side or you cant conduct normal business like most of us can do outside the US. Maybe we were taken to the cleaners like you write but it does not stop us to let the word out there. Stay away from STMC, Smart SMS Corp or American IDC or whatever they call them self and whoever is sitting in the front seat today. There are so many lawyers after STMC and have been for years and will not stop. I hope for you that you are number 1 not 1 of them but you sound like one or number 2 a bitter investor that has bean taken to the cleaners or about to. You can doubt who I am or not just do your home work and you will find out 2 + 2 is 4 not 6.
