Make sure you follow instructions. I did not and waited 3 weeks before I had to send them a W.U. office address.
Even though W.U. said I could have gone to any branch and been paid.
I think there is a translation glitch too. They call it a Dividend but it is not. It's not uncommon for European Companies to give an Investment Rebate, which is done in cash from the Company, not through a Transfer Agent. It is not taxable.
