I agree Jim, but issuing shares is as close to printing money legally that I can think of. These guys have it made.

Of course, .03/.07 or a .10 price will cause huge dilution.

Hey....I will take the .07 right about now, what do you think?

Not sure what those shares will be worth in a year or so...maybe nothing....$oo.oo.
