CD, using the technology in the wild is going to be extremely challenging. Whatever delivery method ends up being the most effective will require at least a semi-controlled environment. That is one of the reasons that shrimp farming is so attractive. The idea of dumping sixteen gigaliters of goo in the ocean has all the potential of a Keystone Kops feature ... rofl.
