no dilution but keep on reaching.

You either missed the update of the share sturcture as of Oct 12th or you might not know what dilution means:

Share structure as of October 12, 2010:

O/S 313,055,231
A/S 395,000,000

From investopedia.com:

What Does Dilution Mean?
A reduction in earnings per share of common stock that occurs through the issuance of additional shares or the conversion of convertible securities.

Investopedia explains Dilution
Adding to the number of shares outstanding reduces the value of holdings of existing shareholders.
