Was'nt the stock at around .027 then they had a 1 to 100 reverse split that took it to 2.75 then it tanked down to were its at now?
Someone wanted to sell some shares at a higher PS.

If you look back to 2002 the stock had a PS around $500000.00
Reverse split affected the entire history of the chart.
