Averaging down does not work when the company just keeps increasing the AS and selling shares. The best period of time to be in the stock was obviuosly before the big run, and for that 5 months period of time when there was minimal dilution occuring. the stability of trading between .008 and .017 made for an attractive stock. Now they will continue to dilute until this until it becomes a shell.
