Totally agree with you:

VCTY ALERT: .0021w/ ChArT this isnt the first time VCTY has done this, it will bounce back up to at least .008-.009 after financials and one of the two pending mergers happens. Remember people this isn't just a shell it owns Tactician which produces revenues of a few million a year!!

currently sitting on support and it is WAY over sold!!...
