Again, with the yesterdays PR interesting here is...

1. OS share count is 20m! Fixed for 5years (from April 2008 until April 2013) because of statement in REG-D offering filed with the SEC in April 2008.

2. SIIR production company has to pay the first 1,7m USD in revenues of the feature film 'Say it in Russian' to Imperia. This is because Imperia financed most of the film costs. Also filed in the April 2008 REG-D offering.

3. IFLM is new listed on the OTC-QB since summer 2010. It will reanimate business of IMPN. Most likely it will be the trigger for IMPN.

At 20m shares outstanding the market cap is 20,000,000 * 0,001 (current bid) = 20,000 USD!!!

I can wait. This thing will wake up... and can easily fly to 2m USD market cap only with normal speculation. This would be 10cUSD or 10000% from current bid. It is only a matter of time when it will be detected by the market. Some times a company needs a deep sleep because of a bad past. And this company has a bad past (reverse splits!). But look carefully at point 1.
