No....I said show me that I'm wrong about the OS being 8-9bil now. Last share count was around 5.5bil when the company started the pump......I'm saying they diluted 2-3bil shares while releasing PR's that make it sound like the company is doing good when in reality they are doing a P&D.

Don't forget in ICOA's first fifteen years they had an accumulated deficit of $20,936,218. Nothings changed in the past 5 so IMO the last bunch of PR's is a pump while the dump to 10bil.
