The only people that need to send in Cert's are people that already had Cert's in hand.

People like myself, that held INIX electronically with their brokers don't have to pull Certs. The brokers handle it through the DTC to the Transfer Agent.

Don’t gamble; take all your savings and buy some good stock and hold it till it goes up, then sell it. If it don’t go up, don’t buy it.
