Challenged to clean the Augean stables, where 1000 cattle had lived in their own filth for 30 years, Hercules (Herakles) rerouted two rivers to do the job. Similarly, it may take the new team considerable effort to flush out the stables they enter. It's not easy to undo years of decimated confidence. Should the new LTC team confront the market with unflappable determination, outline their mission and their goals clearly, and keep shareholders regularly apprised of progress, they might hope to reverse the damage done by the old regime and restore a reasonable measure of value to the stock.
