Impossible for any to know this part for sure....I can think of 15 ways this will not be possible. Partnering with larger player is one right off the top of my head. Second more accurate would be how long will shares around the .11 range be around. I don't think for very much longer. Buying at .11 when this gets to .20 that person would already be up over 80%. Big difference between paying .11 per share and .20 per share.

IMO you'll have every chance to buy as many shares as you want under .20 within the next 9 months to a year.
