Did anyone notice the low volume today?
Someone alerted me that OTCBB had stopped
trading 48 stocks this morning so I emailed
Mr. Squires and got this response this evening:

> Hi Art,

> Thank you for your email. I am well aware of the delisting,
although it came as a complete surprise to me and 48 other OTCBB
listed companies today. The explanation we finally got from FINRA
is that all of these companies, including QTMM, were delisted
because they did not have a market maker trading in their stock
at the 4:00 close of the market for four consecutive days. First,
neither myself nor our securities counsel had any knowledge of
this new rule. I was also certain that based on our volume the
past week that we definitely would have had market makers in our
stock at the close everyday over the past four days. When the
FINRA people pulled the report late this afternoon it indicated
that we did NOT have market makers trading in our stock at the
close for the last four consecutive days. Finding this impossible
to believe we investigated further only to find most of the
market makers have been trading in our stock on the pink sheets
rather than the OTCBB. We will be speaking with the FINRA people
in the morning in an attempt to get this matter resolved. It is
currently my understanding that a request form being filed by two
dealer/brokers will restore our listing however this process can
take 30 days. Needless to say the company puts in a great deal of
effort and spends a great deal of money in order to stay in
compliance so we can be listed on the OTCBB. To be delisted at no
fault of our own is not acceptable and I assure you we will put
up a fight. To further complicate matters and a possible catalyst
for this action is the fact that FINRA has recently sold the
OTCBB to another company and our sources have informed us that
the entire OTCBB platform is likely to be eliminated and replaced
with an entirely new system called the MTX. I wish I had more
concrete details to report, unfortunately this is all I have for
now.
