Who are the Auric shareholders? What do we (the ITRO shareholders) get out of this?
I thought Auric was funded privately to get the money for the land grab, permitting, staking and all that fun stuff. Is this new $2M funding to be used for drilling? Does this unknown company have those resources? (ie. drilling equipment and all). ITRO has none of that.
I don't think the 93% number applies to us. I think the 55% does. This used to be 80%. So what do we, the ITRO shareholders get? Looks like the 25% is going to private placement investors. What do we get? Is it just the $2M funding? That would be o.k., I guess but wondering if there's more to it.
I think it's the original Auric investors that will really make out like fat cats though. Good for them....now make them buy ITRO shares! lol
