I purchased SMTR now TCLIF 4 years ago. During their final tele conference on divesting all tangible assets, they stated that the ticker would later be a shell company for a reverse merger. I have been waiting for this to happen for the last three years. Hopefully it goes through. At the time they stated that our shares could be worth .10-.13 cents. I leveraged shares at .03. I believe the stock will achieve the .03 cent level shortly.
