Good afternoon;

I am an investor that has some money invested in your Company. I was somewhat surprise to see that after not being able to keep (FNDM) on the OTC Board and being moved to the Pink Sheet, that it then moved to a 1/120 share reverse split and re-created a "New Company" under the current trading symbol (FNDMD). I would like to know if you could tell me what future plans are for this newly formed Company (FNDMD).

I believe that you owe a few NR's to us shareholders to at least tell us the current future plan for this newly form Company.
