It seems that the data was released, but the file not put on the site. This is a pain because I can't import the data.

Interesting though, BDAL and IMGN both show an increased short interest in spite of an unreasonably low price and announced buy back programs. Neither are cash short or in any near term danger.

What possible rationalization is there for shorting companies like this at this time?
