Been going steadily up for over a month now; explain to me how that's a PD? WRGL looks like they're on the right track with ACES' new management not to mention the online education market is booming, which not only benefits people in need of education and skills in line with the demands of today's job market (something we could all use help with) but also, I'd strongly think, those investing in it.
