hubris, if the the device was not substantially complete and not ready for 510K application until end of first q, 2010, then why was dean on this very site saying approval was imminent back in 2007. You can look that up if you like. That would pretty much make dean out to be a liar and would look like illegal promotion of the stock. This was one of the factors in me starting to buy stock.
