For a legitimate stock this is the most dead board I've ever seen. I understand that negotiations can take time, but does anyone have any concerns with the time frame here. The last pr regarding the solar deal used language that implied they would have a letter of intent out with in days and here we are over a month later. I'm not saying that this is necessarily bad, but it could mean that negotiations aren't going as they planned. Any thoughts?
