Ok since everyone talks about it but no one seems to have the time or the balls, or they just don't post anything about their conversations... I CALLED THE CEO. As stated by other members he does answer the phone and getting the number is rather easy its the number listed on the contact us page of the InfoSpiInc.com website.

Anyways about my conversation with the CEO, when I called the first thing I noted was he simply said "hello" he did not answer the phone with his name or "this is InfoSpi Inc" or any professional greeting. Basically I am saying he did not seem very professional. After I introduced myself and asked if this was InfoSpi he confirmed.

I mentioned to him that a person on iHub had claimed to be in communication with him via e-mail. His response was rather interesting he told me he could not confirm or deny any claims but then stated because of laws and regulations he is not permitted to directly communicate with individual public shareholders. I then asked if it would be possible to get a press release to clear up this matter and state the facts in a public manner. His response to this request was that if he made press releases for ever share holder e-mail received or to straighten out every claim made online that, that would consume all of his time. He then stated that when there is progress to report that a press release will be made via PR News Wire.

While I am being honest I will ask everyone, instead of taking my word for it. Call him yourself! He may not answer the e-mails and he may not answer an individuals questions directly, but if enough people call asking the same questions perhaps he will cave and make a press release sooner than later, or maybe he'll stop answering the phone. I am sure a dozen phone calls will raise a larger red flag than one person calling. Also to note last time I called I used a number from this forum because the one on the website did not work. In that conversation I mentioned to him that the number on the website was no longer in service. So it was updated since it now works.

If you do call please post details about the conversation so we can see if his responses are consistent.
