ASCC tried to go after a developer for money that was owed to them but was not paid along with 24% interest for defaulting on paymant. They took it to court and unfortunately lost due to a clause in the contract that favored the developer. This was in 2008.


Construction companies have a lot of assets, and equipment isn't cheap. PPS isn't just about profit. You have to include assets.
